Les prix dans ce site sont indiqués en montants nets, TVA comprise et garantis.
Modalités de paiement:
2 possibilités pour régler vos achats à directbikeimport :
- soit directement online avec Paypal.
- soit au moyen d'un versement sur notre compte après avoir reçu notre IBAN.
Qualité:
Nos articles sont testés avant d'être mis en vente. Le certificat respecte le protocole et les normes internationales (CE certficate EN 14781). Toutefois, en cas de problème, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter.
Le for juridique appliqué est celui de Lausanne, Suisse.
Livraison:
La livraison des articles : l'envoi des articles disponibles est effectué par poste dans un délai de 2 à 3 jours environ.

Garantie:
Les articles bénéficiant d'une garantie sont soumis aux conditions de l'offre valables lors de l'achat. La garantie prend effet à la date de livraison de l'article, justifiée par le document d'accompagnement (facture) que nous vous demandons de conserver soigneusement. Ne sont pas couverts : les dommages dûs à un mauvais entretien, au non respect du mode d'emploi, ou à une usure normale.

The delivery is done by the Swiss Post office as of reception of the amount of the purchase. In order to guarantee the delivery, we accept the payment via Paypal. It is also possible to withdraw the goods directly with the deposit.
All is guaranteed 2 years, and the prices are including all taxes. The expenses of delivery are included/understood in the price.
TRADING CONDITIONS
1. PURCHASE We dispatch in principle only against Vorausskasse by transfer/deposit or however by cash on delivery. The articles turn immediately toward receipt of payment by parcel service sent away. Transfers from the foreign country must BE IBAN/SWIFT by and be transacted with assumption of all resulting fees. We do not dispatch an article, if the received amount does not correspond to the Rechungsbetrag. Please inquire the correct procedure at your bank. The self-service is in principle possible.
2. RETURN and COMPLAINT In principle Directbikeimport grants a return right every fourteen days on all purchases. The period begins with receipt of the commodity. The commodity should be examined immediately after receipt on possible transportation and different damage and these is us to be indicated as immediately as possible. Before you because of complaints or resignation send the received articles back of the purchase, take up please contact with us, so that we can co-ordinate the return. We do not receive unfree returns. In case of a revocation the payments made by the customer are returned to the commodity at the customers within one period from 30 days to back receipt. The return takes place on danger of Directbikeimport. To be given change in case of an effective return on both sides received achievements to be refunded and if necessary pulled uses (e.g. customs advantages) are. With a degradation of the commodity indemnification according to value can be required. 4. TERMS OF THE WARRANTY If a lack of the purchase thing representing from us to is present, we are entitled after own choice to the defect removal or to the replacement. If we are not ready to the defect removal/replacement or able or if this retards beyond an appropriate period for reasons, which we have to represent or the defect removal/replacement fails in other way, you are justified after your choice to withdraw from the contract or to require an appropriate reduction of the purchase price. The guarantee period amounts to 6 months, counted starting from passage of the risk. This period is a period of limitation and is valid also for requirements on replacement of lack damages, as far as no requirements from bad action are made valid. The area of jurisdiction place is always Lausanne Switzerland.
